Prices are quoted per night in pounds sterling.

In Low and Medium Season the minimum stay is three nights.

In Peak and High season the minimum stay is seven nights

and runs from a Saturday to a Saturday.

A 50% payment will be due upon booking and the balance is to be paid a month before the stay.

All bookings have an added cleaning and laundry charge - £50 for 2 guests, £75.00 for 4 guests and £100 for 6 guests.

A breakages etc deposit of £100 will be charged at the time of booking and returned after the cleaners have been through.

Both the above charges will be added to the price when you pay the balance.
